EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL CO-REGULATION  is the biological process where two nervous systems talk to each other, using body language as the core language. When we understand how our postures, micro-expressions, and breathing impact the people we love and care for, we unlock a powerful tool for deeper connection and conflict resolution.

This experiential session breaks down the somatic science of relational body language. You will learn how to move past just “reading” body language and instead start using your own physical presence to actively de-escalate tension, build trust, and signal biological safety to others.

You will also learn how to Interrupt Non-Verbal Feedback Loops through practical techniques to consciously alter posture, tone, and somatic pacing designed to disrupt locked patterns of relational reactivity.
