The YIN YOGA and TRAUMA-INFORMED SOMATIC THERAPY course is a comprehensive training program that combines practice and theory with the most advanced concepts and techniques for approaching mind-body unity. The course is aimed at yoga teachers, therapists, and holistic practitioners and is valid for continuing education and the integration of training credits.
The Yoga Teacher Training is affiliated with and approved by the Yoga Alliance, while the Somatic Therapy course is certified by the CMA Complementary Medical Association.
