Healing Arts and Unconventional Therapies

  • Duration: 3 months; One month internship in Mayan Medicine and  Frequency Healing plus one month of internship on Shamanism and Master Plants plus one month of Practical Experience on Healing.
  • Overview: After integrating the information on ancient healing practices the intern will apply this wisdom into practice, exploring the cavities of the unconscious mind, developing the potential of ritual healing and nourishing his path as a healer.
  • Program: Daily activities (meditation, prana yama, yoga), forest trips for collecting plants, visit to the local clinic for community projects, Mayan neurosacral massage workshop, practical lessons and theory, master plants ceremonies, shamanic journeys, drumming, ritual theatre, psychodrama, practical training on plant diet formulation and spiritual counselling,  cleansing ceremonies and purge, temazcal rituals, one week isolation forest retreat.
  • Food: mainly vegetarian, fermented and home made food.
  • Accommodation: riverfront dorm with terrace, shared bathroom.
  • Facilities: an holistic bar, yoga and meditation terrace, a dock with access to the  river, a botanical sacred garden, a lab for processing plants, temazcal (traditional Mayan sauna), massage therapy room, maloka (traditional ayahuasca hut), jungle paths.
  • Fees: $ 3500 including food and accommodation, everything listed under the program, educational material in digital format, orientation and guidance.
  • Fees not include: transfers and airline tickets.
  • Discounts: interns have the privilege to get discounts on therapies and retreats and free advice on the physical, mental and spiritual sphere.
  • Apprenticeship opportunity: possible after completation of the training.
